Twilight’s 10th Anniversary

Dear Readers,

I’ve just finished reading “Twilight Tenth Anniversary/Life and Death dual edition”, by Stephenie Meyer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I love it! It was a book that I wished I could thank Stephenie Meyer for writing, but since we don’t know each other, the next best thing would be to write a book review.

It felt strange at first, because of course I knew the characters, but they’d changed in the new reimagined book. I warmed up to them quickly though, and felt a kinship to the new characters.

I won’t give away what happens in the book, but the ending was altered, and I loved that change too. It was needed and was a character driven necessity. I’d recommend this book to any Twilight fan who can deal with change. If you’re married to the original characters, then maybe it’s not for you, but for me it was spot on!

Kari

Self-Publishing Pursuits

So I’m going to take a self-publishing course that begins January and goes through April, and then maybe I’ll finally be ready to publish! I wanted to try self-publishing, but still need to complete the book I’m currently writing, which is coming along nicely!

I’ve read a great book by Susan Kaye Quinn called “Indie Author Survival Guide” on self-publishing, which I highly recommend to anyone who is considering self-publishing their work.

For now, I’ll keep writing!

Yours Creatively,

Kari
